Vieco Pharmaceuticals is a pharmaceutical factory in JAFZA Dubai for the production of solid (Tablets and Capsules), Liquid (Syrups) and semi-solid (Ointment and Creams) pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities
o Carry out cleaning tasks like stain removal, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and mopping to make sure that every workspace is tidy.
o Clean ceiling, racks, walls, floor, fire extinguishers, office furniture, electrical fixtures, PAL & MAL Room cleaning, and other WH/WA rooms, articles, tools, and equipment.
o Empty waste bins into waste bags
o Clean the waste bins whenever required.
o Clean and store the cleaning tools in their dedicated storage area.
o Clean and store the dispensing tools & equipment in their dedicated storage area.
o Clean/Sanitization of all inbound and outbound shipments as well as dispensed materials as per respective procedures.
o Ensure the safe operation of the cleaning equipment.
o Receive the waste from other departments and place the same in the designated storage area as per the respective procedure.
o Clean spills, broken glass, and other messes up as quickly as possible.
o Proper storage and maintenance of cleaning tools and agents.
o Update and complete all cleaning records, labels, status boards, and checklists as per the respective procedures and adhere to the ALCOA+ principles.
o Maintain the stock of cleaning materials and tools.
o Maintain effective work relationships with all the employees.
o Provide the required support to the WH team.
o Participate in all relevant training as required.
o Report all faults directly to the WH supervisor.
o Comply with the safety precautions in place.
o Putting on the dedicated PPE as applicable.
o Follow safety instructions all the time.
o Safeguard WH/WA operations and contents by following the security procedures and protocols.
o Complies with local authorities’ regulations, cGMP, GD&SP, and Vieco SOPs.
o Perform all the tasks on time assigned by WH Supervisor.
o Report to WH Supervisor in case any equipment or tools required maintenance.
o Share any process improvement ideas with WH Manager & Supervisor.
o Meets the performance standard for Quality, Productivity, Reliability, Safety, and work relationships.
