Job Description

· Make technical sales calls to new and existing clients, Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person

· Schedule sales activity, prepare sales action plans and strategies, develop technical sales proposals, Prepare and present sales contracts

· Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management

· Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports

· Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity

· Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development (by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities)

· Updates job knowledge (Technical side + selling skills) by studying new product descriptions and new techniques; participating in educational opportunities.

· Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.

· Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

· Maintains and improves quality results by following standards, recommending improved policies and procedures.
