· Prepare and generate detailed financial reports and presentations, offering comprehensive insights into cost performance, budget compliance, and strategic financial planning for decision-making purposes.

· Conduct routine audits and assessments of financial procedures, identifying possible risks and executing corrective actions to maintain cost efficiency and adherence to established policies.

· Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

· Budget preparation and spending tracking, and coordinate with Finance department effectively.

· Monitor project expenditures and track variances against budgeted costs.

· Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future expenses, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

· Collaborate with project managers and finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

· Identify areas of potential cost overrun and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.

· Conduct regular audits of project expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and policies.

· Prepare presentations for management review, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

· Evaluate vendor contracts and negotiate favorable terms to optimize cost efficiencies.
