Job Description:

Regency Home Health Care Center LLC, a well-established healthcare provider, is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed/Non-Licensed Nurses and Caregivers with a minimum of 2 years of experience. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized and attentive care to our clients, promoting their well-being and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and other medical procedures for licensed nurses.
• Assist with activities of daily living, companionship, and emotional support for non-licensed caregivers.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the appropriate medical professionals.
• Perform PEG tube care, NGT care, and tracheostomy care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Qualifications:

For Licensed Nurses:

• Valid nursing license from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in home health care or a related field.
• Proficient in nursing procedures, medication administration, and specialized care such as PEG tube, NGT, and tracheostomy care.

For Non-Licensed Caregivers:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience, with knowledge of PEG tube care, NGT care, and tracheostomy care.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing quality care to individuals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathetic and patient-focused approach to caregiving.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
