Job Description

Our client, a well-known organization, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Key Accounts to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth from our key customers. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, develop strategic plans to maximize customer retention, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure high service standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues, providing solutions, and advocating for their interests within the company.



Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in key account management, customer relationship management, or sales roles within the power/utility or multinational organizations.
  • Having a proven track record in key account management, strong strategic planning, financial management, and analytical skills
