On behalf of our client, a leading facility management company required for the below category

1. FM Supervisor - 1 No.
Salary Range : AED 4000/- to AED 4500/-

Working Hours: 8 Hours + 1 H our break x 26 days

Benefits : Visa, Medical Insurance

coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and operations of various facilities,

• Check the premises regularly to ensure security
• Record and report emergencies
• Supervise the janitorial staff and other workers
• Hire contractors for equipment installation and repairs
• Evaluate existing systems
• Identify technical problems
• Monitor planned preventive maintenance
• Oversee waste management, garbage collection, product delivery and other operations
• Carry out inspections of the facility
• Perform administrative or custodial tasks as needed
• Document lost and found items
• Perform random checks
• Participate in emergency planning

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Work experience as an Supervisor
• Problem solving and team leading
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Ability to speak both English and Arabic

· Graduate of Bachelors Degree or Higher

· Minimum 5 years of experience

· General admin matters
