Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our automobile workshop in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing operations within the automobile industry. Knowledge of Hindi and Urdu is essential for effective communication with our diverse team.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement operational policies and procedures specific to automobile workshop operations

-Oversee and optimize workshop processes to ensure efficiency and productivity

-Manage and coordinate the team of technicians and workshop staff

-Arrange auctions and manage the auction process effectively

-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

-Evaluate and improve customer service standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within an automobile workshop in the UAE

-Proven track record in implementing and optimizing processes and SOPs.-Strong leadership and team management skills

-Mechanical or automobile engineering qualification preferred.-Proficiency in Hindi and Urdu for effective communication

-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

-Strong problem

-solving and decision-making abilities

-Immediate availability to join the team.
