Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end deal execution.
- Structuring and distribution of syndicated financing transactions.
- Provide structure and pricing inputs for origination of syndicated loans.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Has regional experience.
- Has experience working on Loan Syndicate Deals.
- Excellent analytical and loan syndication documentation knowledge.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
