Role Description

We at Next Door Real Estate are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing Secondary division. The ideal candidates will have a proven record of sales and/or leasing experience in Dubai's lucrative secondary market. The brokers will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of both the division and company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with current market trends, property values, and developments in the secondary market.
  • Sales and Leasing: Handle the complete sales and leasing process, from listing properties to closing deals. This includes property showings, negotiations, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
  • Property Listings: Source and list new properties for sale and lease, ensuring they are marketed effectively through various channels.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and support the overall goals of the company.
  • Legal & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent, specifically in the secondary market.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends and property values.
  • Strong sales and leasing skills with a track record of successful transactions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification preferred but not essential.
