Role Description
We at Next Door Real Estate are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing Secondary division. The ideal candidates will have a proven record of sales and/or leasing experience in Dubai's lucrative secondary market. The brokers will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of both the division and company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with current market trends, property values, and developments in the secondary market.
- Sales and Leasing: Handle the complete sales and leasing process, from listing properties to closing deals. This includes property showings, negotiations, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
- Property Listings: Source and list new properties for sale and lease, ensuring they are marketed effectively through various channels.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and support the overall goals of the company.
- Legal & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent, specifically in the secondary market.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends and property values.
- Strong sales and leasing skills with a track record of successful transactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification preferred but not essential.
