Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of a Fruits/Acai Shop, ensuring effective leadership, high-quality customer service, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include leading a team of 20 employees, managing supplier relationships, optimizing purchasing activities, and maintaining quality control. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. The position is based in UAE, Sharjah and to oversee Dubai branch, and involves working full-time, six days a week.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of 20 employees, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a positive work environment, and take care of the employee activities.

2. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices, continuously research and identify new suppliers as per the work required.

3. Purchasing Management:Manage purchasing activities to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality products and supplies. This includes researching new products and suppliers to enhance the product range and reduce costs.

4. Operational Efficiency:Implement and improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity in all areas of operation. Distribution products (Acai &peanut butter).

5. Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

6. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality for all products and services, including freshness, cleanliness, and presentation.

7. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean working environment for employees and customers.

8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, financial results, and operational challenges and opportunities.

9. Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance overall performance and profitability.
