Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Financial Sustainability Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and sustainability practices. As a Financial Sustainability Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that equip individuals and organizations with the skills and knowledge needed to achieve financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs on financial sustainability, including materials, presentations, and workshops.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences, both in-person and online.
- Continuously update and improve training content to reflect the latest best practices and industry standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and follow-up support.
- Provide one-on-one or group consultations to organizations seeking to improve their financial sustainability.
- Create and distribute resources such as guides, toolkits, and templates to support trainees in applying what they have learned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Sustainability, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, sustainability, or a related field.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into easily understandable training materials.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
