Senior Leasing Consultant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leasing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role also requires experience in managing a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing activities for residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
- Conduct property tours and present leasing options to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve tenant inquiries promptly.
- Lead and mentor a team of leasing consultants to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing or real estate.
- Proven experience in managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed leasing targets.
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
