Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative / Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base within the cybersecurity and IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers.
- Utilize various channels (phone, email, social media) to reach out to prospects.
- Sales Calls:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our cybersecurity and IT solutions.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
- Qualification:
- Qualify leads based on their fit and readiness to purchase.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Sales Presentation:
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations over the phone.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and value of our services.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Sales Process Management:
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM software.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects.
- Achieving Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to maximize results.
- Feedback and Reporting:
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
