We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our FLOWER SHOP as a Florist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and design, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with flower and gift orders
- Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers, plants, and accessories for their occasions.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, including arranging delivery and ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral shop, including arranging displays and restocking inventory as needed.
- Care for and maintain flowers and plants to ensure freshness and quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Select, arrange, and deliver flowers to meet specified needs.
