As a Chocolate Items Maker we are expecting someone who will be responsible for crafting high-quality chocolate products, with a focus on chocolate truffles and pralines and other items. This role demands a high level of skill, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Craft a variety of chocolate products, specializing in truffles and pralines.
- Ensure each batch meets quality standards in taste, texture, and appearance.
- Temper chocolate, prepare ganaches, and use molds effectively.
- Develop new recipes and refine existing ones to improve quality and introduce new flavors.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new chocolate making techniques.
- Experiment with ingredients to create unique chocolate experiences.
- Operate chocolate production machinery and tools proficiently.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of chocolate making equipment.
- Ensure all tools and machinery are cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production workflows.
- Assist in training new staff in chocolate making processes and techniques.
- Share knowledge and skills with colleagues to enhance team capability. Qualification
- Proven experience as a Chocolate Maker or Chocolatier
- In-depth knowledge of confectionery techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
