Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with team/ Senior Estimators to analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Research and gather data on material prices, subcontractor quotes, and other cost-related information.
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and bids.
• Review and interpret project blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to understand project scope and requirements.
• Input cost data into estimation software and spreadsheets to calculate accurate project costs.
• Assist in the preparation of quantity take-offs and pricing for various project components.
• Support the analysis of project risks and uncertainties and their impact on project costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate estimates align with project goals and budgets.
• Assist in the preparation of cost breakdowns, bill of quantities, and cost summary reports.
• Stay informed about local regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to construction cost estimation in Dubai.
