Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process.
Liaise with Business Development Manager and Catering & Hospitality Director to provide contractual and compliance advice.
Ensures the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities.
Stays abreast of and communicates any changes in contractual requirements.
Track and report performance of all tenders until Catering is either decline it or prepare the proposal.
Track the Catering contract expiration.
Maintain and develop a close working relationship with Business development to ensure customer requirements.
Analysis of year over year Bid statistics and proactively communicate with Business development Manager in anticipation of bid arrival.
Conduct market analysis on customers whose Request for Purchase or Quote are received and report same to respective Business Development Manager and Catering &Hospitality Director.
Analyses all service contract RFQ and amendments under direction from Business Development Manager in a timely manner.
Full cycle sales including but not limited to qualifying leads, site visits, negotiating contracts.
Design and help with management reports.
Reporting and gap analysis.
Develop and manage customer relationships over the opportunity lifecycle.
Support the design and delivery of innovative, creative and compelling solutions and proposals that represent best company and industry best practice
Collaborating with the Head of Department on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients and work closely with to ensure that responses to proposal and tenders are done so within the timeframe
Prepare and deliver post tender presentations when required to selected prospects to highlight the benefits of the Company’s service and product offerings.
Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Prepare a clear perspective about services ‘profitability.
Familiarization with costing.
KPI’ analysis and report writing.
Reviewing contracts to prevent potential disputes and financial risks.
Analyzing contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities.
Recommending and drafting contract provisions and amendments.
Reviewing Client’s contract terms and conditions
Negotiating contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement with other parties.
Advising internal Catering and Hospitality Department on innovative and cost-effective ways to comply with contractual obligations
Documenting processes and maintaining files.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience required, preferably with trade, sales and/or finance management carrier’s experience.
