Job Opportunity: Civil/Architectural Draftsman
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a skilled Civil/Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of local laws and regulations set by the Abu Dhabi Municipality. Proficiency in creating both 2D and 3D designs is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and implement design concepts based on Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for various civil and architectural projects.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with local building codes and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to meet project requirements.
- Upload designs and project submissions on the local government portal, Tamm.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience as a draftsman in Abu Dhabi or similar regions.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.
- Familiarity with local building laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
