Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for numbers? We are currently seeking a talented General Accountant to join our team. As a General Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- prepare and record payroll
- Assist in financial statements on a monthly and annual basis
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions
- Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends
- Reconcile with inter company transactions including Suppliers and customers in monthly basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA designation preferred)
- Prior Minimum 1 to 2 year experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role in UAE
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Familiarity with accounting software Tally and advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Aptitude for analyzing complex financial data and providing meaningful insights
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prefer Kerala candidates (Male and female candidates)
