Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Barber to join our team of professionals. As a Barber you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional grooming services to our discerning clients. You should be skilled in traditional and contemporary barbering techniques, demonstrate a keen eye for detail, and possess a passion for creating impeccable hairstyles that align with our clients' preferences.
Responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Listen attentively to clients' requests and preferences, and offer expert advice on hairstyle choices and grooming products.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the field of barbering to provide innovative and stylish looks to clients.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including sterilizing tools and equipment after each use to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and personalized attention.
Up sell grooming products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and friendly salon environment that promotes teamwork and positivity.
Adhere to salon policies and guidelines, including punctuality, dress code, and professional conduct.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Barber in a reputable salon or barbershop.
With Pleasing Personality (Good Looking & Neat and Tidy)
Proficiency in a wide range of barbering techniques, including clipper cutting, scissor work, and straight razor shaves.
Strong knowledge of current hair and grooming trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices in the grooming industry.
Creativity and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Strong English communication is MUST!
Arabic Speaker is Advantage.
3-5 years experience here in ABU DHABI UAE.
