Job Description: English Trainer (IELTS, OET, PTE)

Position: Part-Time English Trainer

Potential for Full-Time Based on Future Requirements

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated English Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role in the future. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching techniques and exam procedures, specifically for IELTS, OET, PTE, Spoken English, and Business English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for IELTS, OET, PTE, Spoken English, and Business English.
• Develop and implement customized lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Prepare students for exams by providing comprehensive instruction on exam formats, techniques, and best practices.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in English language exams and teaching methodologies.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in teaching English language courses, particularly IELTS, OET, PTE, Spoken English, and Business English.
• In-depth knowledge of exam procedures and effective teaching techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual students.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is highly advantageous.
• Relevant teaching certification or degree in English or related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
• Ability to manage and motivate students of varying proficiency levels.

Job Type: Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time based on future requirements)

Location: Abu Dhabi
