Requirements: Candidate having 10+ years of experience in managing a profit center to streamline the business operations and sales activities of an organization.


About the Role: As a Sales & Operations Manager, the candidate is required to grow and develop business alongside managing the entire sales processes and operations of the company’s line of business. This also includes interacting and liaising with Principal’s. The role would be sales driven with an annual target that has to be met.


Responsibilities:


- Day to day Sales & Service opportunities which includes liaising with global partners to

source right product lines as per customer requirements.

- “Big picture” thinking to address the top level concerns.

- Understanding of financial and budgeting processes.

- Adaptability to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities.

- Work with the Board of Directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and

long term goals.

- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

- Evaluate sales processes and pinpoint areas that need improvement.

- Knowledge on Engineering principles – so that this can be utilized in our day-to-day sales &

service requirements.

- Identifying the opportunities to expand and understanding the problems and finding

solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.
