Position Overview:

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring the company meets its sales targets. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building customer relationships, and managing the sales team’s performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for sales growth.

- Set and monitor sales targets for the sales team.

2. Team Leadership:

- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members.

3. Performance Management:

- Monitor sales team performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans for underperforming team members.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.

- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

5. Sales Operations:

- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting.

- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
