Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring the quality of facility management (FM) operations within a project. You will achieve this by implementing the company's Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and developing specific quality control plans for individual jobs, all while adhering to contractual requirements.
- Setting Up Quality Systems: Establish and implement the QMS for Facilities Maintenance operations, ensuring it aligns with both company standards and the project contract.
- Daily Quality Control: Perform quality control functions for daily maintenance activities within the workplace.
- Service Report Review: Review the accuracy and completeness of service reports and work orders before submitting them to the client.
- Maintenance Monitoring: Ensure all reactive maintenance is completed within the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.
- Material Inspection: Inspect all incoming materials and spare parts, verifying Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and adherence to specifications.
- Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison for quality control matters with the client and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies.
- Method Statement and Checklist Review: Review method statements and checklists to confirm alignment with project requirements.
- Inspection Plan Development: Create Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) based on project needs and client specifications.
- Maintenance Inspections: Conduct inspections of jobs, painting, and materials used during maintenance activities.
- Team Supervision: Supervise staff involved in reporting, recording, and inspection activities.
