Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing new client acquisitions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and manage account plans, sales forecasts, and reports, providing regular updates to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, or in a similar role within the Educational sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
