Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Management
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- A passion for people and sales with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- No experience needed – we offer on-the-job training.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English language.
