Key Responsibilities:
1.) Motion Graphics:
- Conceptualize and produce captivating motion graphics for diverse media channels.
- Employ typography, infographics, and dynamic visuals to craft compelling narratives.
2.) 3D Animation Artistry:
- Sculpt, rig, animate, and render lifelike 3D characters and immersive environments.
- Flawlessly blend 3D elements with live action footage for a seamless visual experience.
3.) Project Leadership:
- Oversee projects from ideation to final delivery, adhering to deadlines and upholding our standard of excellence.
- Engage with creative leads, designers, and stakeholders to align on vision and execute solutions.
4.) Innovative Content Creation:
- Generate top-tier animations for marketing initiatives, product debuts, and promotional endeavors.
- Illustrate storyboards and animate sequences that transform concepts into visual poetry.
5.) Software:
- Harness industry-leading tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Autodesk Maya to breathe life into 6.) animations.
- Stay at the forefront of animation and motion graphic trends and technology.
6.) Mentorship & Collaboration:
- Guide and inspire junior animators and designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Share insights and elevate our collective creative process.

- Scrutinize every animation and graphic, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards.
- Incorporate feedback and refine work with precision and speed.
Qualifications:
· A Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
· At least 6 years of experience in motion graphics and 3D animation, with a portfolio that speaks volumes.
· Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and mastery of 3D animation software.
· A deep understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and design.
· A wellspring of creativity and artistic talent.
· Meticulous, with an eagle eye for detail and a knack for solving complex puzzles.
