We have an open role for Position Title-Cyber Security Manager(Financial services)-with a well-established FinTech Group in Riyadh,KSA.

The Cyber Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing the cybersecurity strategy, managing security operations, and ensuring the protection of information assets across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in cybersecurity within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Cybersecurity Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with the company’s goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Security Operations: Oversee day-to-day security operations, including monitoring, threat analysis, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks. Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and processes.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with local and international cybersecurity regulations and standards, including SAMA, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
• Incident Response: Lead incident response efforts, including detection, containment, eradication, and recovery from security incidents. Conduct post-incident analysis and develop improvement plans.
• Security Awareness and Training: Develop and implement security awareness programs to educate employees about cybersecurity best practices and policies.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure a holistic approach to cybersecurity. Lead and mentor the cybersecurity team.
• Security Architecture: Design and implement secure architecture for new and existing systems, applications, and networks.
• Third-Party Risk Management: Evaluate and manage cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors and partners.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies. Continuously improve security measures and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the financial services sector.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CISA.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in cybersecurity technologies and tools, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, encryption, and endpoint protection.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations relevant to the financial services industry.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
