We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint sites and web applications to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, capabilities, and best practices. You will collaborate closely with other teams to design solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and efficiency within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize SharePoint sites using web parts, workflows, templates, and master pages.
- Implement SharePoint solutions using out-of-the-box functionalities as well as custom development.
- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and other business applications.
- Perform SharePoint administration tasks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Train end-users on SharePoint functionality and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and Office 365 features and technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer in a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019/2016/2013, SharePoint Designer, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Experience with SharePoint site collection administration, including permissions management.
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and .NET.
- Ability to design and implement complex SharePoint solutions and workflows.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft certifications such as MCSE: SharePoint or MCSA: Office 365.
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Knowledge of Azure services related to SharePoint integration.
