Aldar Education are currently seeking a Data Administrator for Noya British School to support our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE.

Job Purpose

  • To lead and manage the data platform of Isams to support with reporting, timetable, daily cover and student allocation features.
  • To work with SLT for Curriculum and Achievement to process termly achievement data tasks and disseminate these through the correct channels.

Minimum Qualifications

  • ‘A’ Level/NVQ/High School Certificate (will need to be attested)

Minimum Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role in the region.
  • Previous experience in the Education sector is preferable.


Job Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Fluent English communication skills, written and oral
  • Advanced Excel abilities (E.g. organizing and formatting raw date, table creation, index, match, vlookup, vba, macros, dashboard creating)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent office management skills
  • Proficient in operating PC, Facsimile, Photocopier, Telex, and various office machines, including working knowledge of prevailing popular application software and spreadsheets.

  • A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and maintain the Isams and Isams Client system
  • Provide training for staff on Isams and Isams Client
  • Update class locations
  • Update class lists on Isams for option changes and new students.
  • Maintain option lists of new students
  • Upload ESIS data entries
  • Blackboard maintenance including adding cover, removing/adding teachers,
archiving and deleting courses when not in use and moving students between
courses.
  • Creating new courses on Blackboard
  • Cross-referencing Isams and Blackboard
  • Communicate the analysis if achievement data (figures/targets) on a half termly
basis to SLT, Head of Departments and Head of Year.
  • Collate all data on students academic achievements, attendance and emotional
well-being to create the planning for impact sheets and upload into engage.
  • Attendance data to ESIS and ALDAR.
  • Create new staff individual T&L continua’s (If applicable)
  • Update Head of Department continua’s
  • Update the while school continua analysis with all staff continua’s each term
  • Analysis if continua for each department on a termly basis
