Responsibilities:
- Transform our real estate listings into engaging advertisements on various online platforms, including websites, social media, and listing portals.
- Develop persuasive property descriptions that connect with potential buyers, emphasizing each listing’s unique features and benefits.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand our target audience and customize our advertising strategies for maximum reach and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative advertising strategies that differentiate us in the competitive real estate market.
- Monitor the performance of our advertisements closely, making necessary adjustments to ensure they achieve optimal results.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates in advertising platforms to keep our ads current and impactful.
- Work closely with our real estate agents to gather all essential information and assets required to create compelling advertisements.
- Serve as the friendly and responsive point of contact for inquiries, promptly providing potential buyers with the information they need to make informed decisions.
Qualification:
- While experience in real estate advertising or digital marketing is a plus, we also welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and advance in this field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you will represent our listings’ voice.
- Proficiency with various advertising platforms and tools, with an eye for detail in creating visually engaging content.
- A good grasp of real estate industry terminology and local market trends will be highly beneficial in this role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive attitude with a drive for results and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
- Extra credit if you already hold a real estate license, but if not, we’re ready to support you in acquiring one.
