We are seeking a motivated and experienced Female Immigration Sales Consultant or Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate the immigration process.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about immigration services and programs.
- Assess client needs and offer suitable immigration solutions.
- Maintain and update client databases.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with potential clients and ensure excellent customer service.
- Stay updated with immigration laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in immigration sales or telesales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of immigration processes and regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
