Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our industrial products (agitators, static mixers, progressive cavity pumps, and drum screens) to key sectors. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the water and wastewater treatment processes. oil and gas, pharmaceutical, chemical, and food and beverage industries, etc.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of agitators, static mixers, and progressive cavity pumps.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and convey complex technical concepts.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Females with relevant backgrounds are welcome to apply for the position.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- UAE driving license is a must
Preferred Skills:
- Experience selling to the oil and gas, pharmaceutical, chemical, paper mill, water and wastewater treatment plants, and food and beverage industries.
- Strong network within the relevant industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial products (agitators, static mixers, progressive cavity pumps).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
Experience:
- Several years of experience in sales, particularly in the industrial sector.
- Background in selling equipment to the oil and gas, pharmaceutical, chemical, and/or food and beverage industries.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
