Job Opportunity: Part-Time PRO (GCC National Preferred)
We are a rapidly growing company based in Abu Dhabi, seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a GCC National with extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and experience in staff management, including hiring and firing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Oversee and control staff, ensuring all HR policies are adhered to and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Employee Termination: Handle the termination process, ensuring it is conducted professionally and in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- UAE Laws Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all UAE labor laws and regulations, providing guidance and updates to management and staff.
- Liaison: Act as a liaison between the company and government bodies, ensuring smooth communication and handling of any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- GCC National Preferred: Preference will be given to candidates who are nationals of GCC countries.
- Experience: Proven experience in a PRO role, with a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
