" Electrical Service Engineer - Oil & Gas Facilities Maintenance Project" hiring for reputed Company in Oman
Basic Salary : 450 - 500 (OMR) + Site postings in interior locations will include free food, bachelor accommodation, and transport.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate Engineer in Electrical engineering with 7-10 years' experience in Facilities Maintenance services (MEP) jobs for Oil field, large buildings, commercial properties, facilities. Gulf Experience will be an added advantage.
Should possess hands-on-experience in the effective management of different types of Maintenance Contracts including Integrated Facilities Management Contracts, Specialist Service Contracts etc.; ensuring compliance to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Overall responsible for operation and comprehensive maintenance contracts of FM MEP Services.
· Responsible for leading a team to ensure smooth & trouble free operation of FM Services (MEP) pertaining to large integrated MEP projects viz. oil field, hotels, High rise residential & commercial complexes.
· HV maintenance for 33kv / 11kv / 415 volts substations, including transformer, RMU , UPs maintenance, EV charging stations , SCADA monitoring , solar panels, inverters, LV panel 440 volts maintenance & Troubleshooting
· LV system such as maintenance of Fire alarm, PAVA system, CCTV security access system stand by DG, should be able to lead a service team for Operations & Maintenance of Electrical systems.
· Preparation of PPM for monthly, quarterly, yearly according to the equipment's and conducting Health Safety Environment training on various topics, following and maintain documents of HSE requirements.
· Implement the Annual Maintenance for Electrical equipment and follow the set procedures in order to achieve the target PPM completion schedule.
· Ensure timely completion of reactive maintenance calls to ensure adhering of SLAs & KPI's as per the contract.
· Oversee various Electrical testing on all equipment to safeguard the Equipment with regard to their operational longevity.
· Manage the availability of necessary Maintenance tools and equipment's in order for the maintenance team to execute tasks in an effective manner.
· Manage the audit on the technical aspect of maintenance spares to ensure their relevance with current requirements and desired specifications.
· Ensure that all preventative maintenance programs comply with the company Policies and Procedures.
· Ensure that all analysis and troubleshooting activities are conducted inline with the set policies and procedures.
· Monitor the replacement activities of all Electrical systems that cannot be repaired.
· Ensure on-the-job safety standards/practices by adhering to the company Quality Standards through the maintenance of a clean and safe work area.
· Prepare and submit reports to the Contract Manager covering all the Maintenance activities (Elect maintenance) conducted which include identification of potential problems, as well as recommendations for corrective action on a regular basis.
· Conduct Safety and Site audits to check and ensure the plant in operation is in healthy condition and works are carried out are a safe manner and maintain highest level of customer satisfaction index by continuously meeting commitments for quality standards.
· Conduct TBT & safety meeting for maintenance team
· Able to make monthly reports covering site activity.
· Should have computer operating skills with MS word, excel , power point.
· Maintain highest level of Client satisfaction index by continuously meeting commitments and targets.
