Job Description

  • Handle all daily request for quotation from customers
  • Check data accuracy and completeness to quote
  • Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Working with costing department to get the prices and prepare the quotation
  • Liaise with the Customer service department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop sales weekly & monthly reports and forecast.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Working with other departments to follow up the PO
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Prepare Quotations in a timely manner to responds to Clients.
  • Manage and update sales and customer databases
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely order processing
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
  • Organize and maintain sales documentation and contracts
  • Track shipments and coordinate with logistics team
  • Support the sales team with any administrative tasks as needed
  • Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
