Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Utilize various channels for talent sourcing, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Dynamic and multitasking professional to join our team as a
- Talent Acquisition & Facility Executive. This role involves
- managing end-to-end recruitment processes and overseeing
- facility-related activities. The ideal candidate should have a
- strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and
- excellent facility management skills. Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessment activities.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Coordinate orientation sessions and assist in the completion of necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand space requirements and plan for efficient office layouts.
- Coordinate office relocations and changes in workspace configurations.
- Oversee relationships with facility-related vendors, including security, cleaning, and maintenance services.
- Ensure service providers meet established standards and agreements.
- Implement and monitor safety and security protocols within the facility.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
- Supervise facility maintenance activities, including repairs and renovations.
- Manage the upkeep of common areas, meeting rooms, and shared spaces.
- Languages Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic language is added advantage Qualifications are: Education bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Expertise in MS Office
- Professional background Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or facility management. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
Salary-2500 SAR - 3000SAR + Sharing Accommodation + on duty transport + medical benefits
Processing Fees- upto 40k- which includes visa and ticketing cost would be bear by the candidate
It would be 2yrs contract- renewed based on performance
