Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Utilize various channels for talent sourcing, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Dynamic and multitasking professional to join our team as a
  • Talent Acquisition & Facility Executive. This role involves
  • managing end-to-end recruitment processes and overseeing
  • facility-related activities. The ideal candidate should have a
  • strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and
  • excellent facility management skills. Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessment activities.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions and assist in the completion of necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand space requirements and plan for efficient office layouts.
  • Coordinate office relocations and changes in workspace configurations.
  • Oversee relationships with facility-related vendors, including security, cleaning, and maintenance services.
  • Ensure service providers meet established standards and agreements.
  • Implement and monitor safety and security protocols within the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
  • Supervise facility maintenance activities, including repairs and renovations.
  • Manage the upkeep of common areas, meeting rooms, and shared spaces.
  • Languages Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic language is added advantage Qualifications are: Education bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Expertise in MS Office
  • Professional background Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or facility management. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.

Salary-2500 SAR - 3000SAR + Sharing Accommodation + on duty transport + medical benefits

Processing Fees- upto 40k- which includes visa and ticketing cost would be bear by the candidate

It would be 2yrs contract- renewed based on performance
