Job Description
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering, which will aid in understanding our products and effectively communicating with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
- Provide technical support and product information to clients.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support marketing efforts by participating in trade shows and customer presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry/ OEM industry.
- Should have a technical understanding of rubber seals and related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
