The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering, which will aid in understanding our products and effectively communicating with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
• Provide technical support and product information to clients.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Support marketing efforts by participating in trade shows and customer presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry/ OEM industry.
• Should have a technical understanding of rubber seals and related products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
