Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR related initiatives.
- Develops and designs HR policies and procedures.
- Be actively involved / coordinate and implement all recruitment initiatives by the Academy (i.e., by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, managing the hiring process etc.). Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues (if any).
- Maintain employee records (attendance, salary offer letter, contracts etc.) according to policy and Legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Perform other ad hoc functions as required by the Management.
- Should hold bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputed University.
- With at least 2 years of solid experience in handling Human Resources related activities and functions (Recruitment, time keeping, payroll processing, employee management, assessment and evaluation, policy implementation, administration management to name a few).
- Proficient in written and articulate in verbal communication (English).
- Should possess pleasing personality and ability to handle internal and external clients efficiently.
- Should possess strong understanding on HR Practices and understanding on Labor laws of Qatar is an added advantage.
- Has related experience in multi-cultural working environment.
- Personal attributes: Good personality, enthusiastic, persistent, well-organized, set high standards, flexible, calm under pressure, independent and pro-active.
- Must be available to join immediately.
