Position: Sales Manager - UAE EXPERIENCED ONLY- DL UAE IS MUST.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong technical background and a valid UAE driving licence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the UAE and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, outdoor sales position and the candidate must have their own car for transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the UAE.
- Strong technical background and understanding of the sales process.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own car for transportation. (Allowance Extra)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be target-oriented and driven to succeed.
- Willingness to work in an outdoor sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
