Job Description


• Manage the clearance team in-house and inside the port.
• Escalation point with Customs, Client, and Internal Stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, Work on Continuous performance improvement, etc...
• Data entry in Saudi EDI and customs declaration printing
• Upload shipment documents in EDI and confirm shipment submission
• SFDA online submission.
• Preparation of E-clearance file.
• Online follow-up and update status.
• Print final Customs declaration and prepare for Gate pass and port dues payment.
• Invoice collection and payment settlement with terminal, if required with the Customs finance department.
• Documents verification and filing
• Coordinate with the concerned team for special requirements
• Make sure all required documents or special approvals are in place
• Translation of Invoice and HS Code selection
