The work schedule for this position is Full Time (40 hours per week)
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (06 weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
Position is directly responsible to the Office of Defense Partnership Director, Security Assistance; responsible for the administrative duties of two Office of Defense Partnership (ODP) branches: Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and FMS Training. Manages critical aspects of training documentation and correspondence between the USG and UAE military. Manages the End Use Monitoring program (EMP) and all administrative actions pertaining to it. Further, individual will act as ODP Arabic Assistant/Translator position, requiring access to classified documents. Majority of actions are coordinated with UAE Ministry of Defense.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years of experience in human resources or administrative functions/duties work is required.
Completion of 2 years of post-secondary education at college or university is required.
LANGUAGE: Fluent in English Reading/Writing/Speaking is required. (This may be tested)
Fluent in Arabic Reading/Writing/Speaking is required. (This may be tested)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have a valid, current UAE driver’s license for light vehicles*. Must have had a valid driver's license for a minimum of five (5) years**. (This may be tested)
** If your current driver's license is obtained in less than five years, please also provide past driver's license to verify your eligibility for the 14 FAM 433.3 requirement.
