Job Description

  • Create and maintain training schedules for all departments based on approved plan
  • Create and maintain reports on outcomes of all training programs and maintain training records of the company
  • Timely update of the LMS
  • Maintain training attendance, rosters, records, and facilitator/attendee training materials
  • Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session and maintain training effectiveness evaluation report
  • Prepare and keep organized all L&D department documentation
  • Follow up on the progress of training projects
  • Participate and/or lead the organization of L&D events
  • Prepare marketing materials for promotion of training programs (brochures, posters, flyers)
  • Support trainers and facilitators in designing and developing training agendas and materials and ensure consistency of the training sessions with the organization’s objectives
  • Close coordination with department admins for all training related processes
  • Close coordination with all departments involved in the organizational part before/during/after the training
  • Follow trainer development plan and stay focused on professional development
  • Manage all the logistics for the training sessions and support trainers in the delivery of training sessions through organization of necessary materials, facilities, equipment and refreshments
  • Manage inventory and timely requisition of required items for training centre
  • Coordinate organization of external training when required, manage all related logistics
  • Produce narrative and financial reports on the training activities as required
