Job Requirements:

  • Strong command over Hindi and English language proficiency is a must
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in MS OFFICE & Google drive
  • Minimum 1 year experience will be an added advantage
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and effectively manages time.
  • Strong Communication skills, skillful phone contact management and attentive listening
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Working knowledge of administrative role.
  • Capable to work unsupervised and independently.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new tasks and software as required.
  • Willingness to meet client and solve their quires
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
