Job Requirements:
- Strong command over Hindi and English language proficiency is a must
- Computer literate with good knowledge in MS OFFICE & Google drive
- Minimum 1 year experience will be an added advantage
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and effectively manages time.
- Strong Communication skills, skillful phone contact management and attentive listening
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Working knowledge of administrative role.
- Capable to work unsupervised and independently.
- Ability and willingness to learn new tasks and software as required.
- Willingness to meet client and solve their quires
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
