A leading construction company in the UAE seeks a skilled BIM Manager / Architecture with proven years of UAE/GCC experience to join their team. This top-tier firm is known for innovative, high-quality projects.
Responsibilities includes creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for our architectural projects. As a BIM Manager, you will manage the BIM team and work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop accurate and detailed BIM models that support the design and construction process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit or similar BIM software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and incorporate design changes into the BIM models.
- Ensure BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve clashes and conflicts within the BIM models.
- Assist in the creation of construction drawings and other project documentation based on the BIM models.
- Conduct quality checks on BIM models to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Support BIM implementation and training initiatives within the firm.
