Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our virtual data room (VDR) solutions within the UAE & to a global market. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, investment banks, law firms, private equity & other M&A advisory companies for introducing our Company & promoting our VDR services to key decision-makers.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and networking events to establish connections with prospects.
  • Engage in consultative selling approaches to understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and promote VDR services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback to management.
  • Understand client's requirements, do product demos, send proposals, price negotiation & close deals.
  • Generate & manage leads.
  • Active & Consistent Client Followup

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • B2B Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Business Development: 3 years (Required)
