Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project & Support Delivery Excellence:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Utilise project management skills to manage project timelines, resources, risks, and issues while maintaining a proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Foster effective communication channels to ensure clear project expectations and objectives are understood by all stakeholders.

Team Management:

  • Lead a team of highly motivated engineers and ensure timely delivery of project and support functions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project delivery professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, effective collaboration, and continuous skill development.
  • Define & follow KPIs aligning with Organizational and BU Deliverables.
  • Reporting of the progress of all KPIs related to Service Delivery
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity.
  • Escalation point for all Projects & Support engagements

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for Bahrain-based customers, building strong relationships and providing personalised support to address their needs.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and ensuring that our solutions and services align with their expectations.
  • Utilise an in-depth understanding of customer requirements to guide the team in delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Presales Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive presales activities, including assisting with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals to potential customers.

Leverage technical expertise to articulate the value proposition of our offerings and address customer inquiries during the presales phase, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
