Job duties and responsibilities
- Capable of determining job requirements and planning/configuring scaffolding as per requirements.
- Capable of carrying out planned tasks in accordance with contract/agreed requirements.
- Unloading scaffolding equipment on-site and ensuring a stable base for scaffolding.
- Capable of erecting scaffolding poles, fixing scaffolding to buildings or structures and dismantling scaffolding when a project is complete.
- Knowledgeable in creating different kinds of platforms, from simple scaffolding through to complex structures such as suspended scaffolding, cantilever drops and temporary roofs.
Job requirements/qualifications
- 5 years of experience working in a similar position in a Refinery, Oilfield or in a Petrochemical facility.
- Skilled Tradesperson with an Industrial Trade certificate, Diploma.
- Preferably candidates skilled in job risk analysis and with working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
- Candidates should be knowledgeable in performing authority/PTW systems and familiar with developing and reviewing Task Risk Assessments.
- Strong knowledge of English (Speak, Read & Write) and good proficiency in computer.

- Contract Duration – Long Term.
- Work hours – 12hrs per day.
- Hourly Paid Categories – 8 hrs/Day compensated @ Normal rate and over 8hrs/day, Weekends & Holidays @ 1.5 times of hourly rate.
- Work schedule – 56 days’ work/28 days’ off.
- Work location – Offshore.
- Food and Accommodation – Provided by Company.
- Medical/Group Insurance – Provided by Company.
- Air ticket (for all time-off/rotation) – Provided by Company.
- Fixed transport allowance from nearest airport to home for each leave cycle - Provided by Company.
- Visa status – Single Status.
- Remuneration – 4172 AED
