Scope of Position:
Responsible Pharmacist in UAE acting as the qualified person on Lilly UAE warehouse license.
Objective:
To establish and ensure that the warehouse product quality systems an processes employed by the company are carried out in accordance with Lilly global quality standards and procedures and are in compliance with cGMP guidelines and regulations.
Maintenance of Lilly UAE quality operations. Ensure distributor oversight. Ensure that all aspects of the operations are in compliance with regulatory expectations and corporate quality standards.
Qualifications:
Pharmacy Degree with Pharma background
MANDATORY: Licensed pharmacist with MOH (MOHAP license)
Drugstore experience as pharmacist is required (2 years experience in the same field)
Knowledge of Tatmeen Operations (for track and trace)
Warehouse experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Shall work on a full-time basis and shall be present at the warehouse throughout all working hours.
Act as the responsible person for Lilly rented warehouse and Lilly stock.
Ensure readiness for MOH audits at any time.
Ensure that all the products are stored as per GSDP (goods storage and distribution practice) for Receipt, storage and release process.
Ensure that the quality standards are being followed for any approved subcontractor used by the distributor.
Maintain warehouse registrations in compliance with local regulations.
Carry out quality assurance of all the operations of the store including archiving release and Distribution Records & complaints records as per local regulations.
Supervise any product customization activity, including stamping/stickering physician’s samples, price stickering (if applicable) or other information.
Ensure uploading shipments data loggers upon arrival of the shipment and also evaluate and upload data loggers online.
Provide Product Verification Checklist of the arrived Lilly stock in Warehouse.
