Job Vacancy: Sales Manager - Oilfield Supplies base in UAE
Location: UAE
Working Days: 5 days a week, plus Saturday sales meetings
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the existing sales team in the UAE.
Maintain and grow a set of clients in the MENA region.
Drive business growth and bring new opportunities to the company.
Connect existing clients with sales engineers for seamless operations.
Explore and develop new areas of operation.
Introduce and manage new distribution product lines.
Provide 24/7 support and responsibility to clients.
Consistently achieve team and individual sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, specifically in oilfield supplies.
Established client base in the MENA region.
Proven track record in handling and growing sales teams.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Commitment to meeting targets and providing exceptional client support.
